SUBJECT: Adding Items to the Direct Payment Authorized List
DEPARTMENT: Purchasing
BCC DISTRICT: All
STATEMENT OF ISSUE: We are requesting the following items be added to the list of items
which may be sent directly to finance for payment:
1) Court reporter services
2) (6) permits - Add certification renewals
3) Vehicle registration
4) Electronic payments to the State of Florida and the Internal Revenue System
Also request permission to add the attached change order form, and to delete paragraph #8, item B
on page 15 addressing tie bids. This item has been suspended/deleted by a state executive order.
OPTIONS: Approve or Reject.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends concurrence.
