We request the use of Newman C. Brackin Park, the public areas of The Boardwalk, and the adjoining parking lot areas during the conduct of the 2016 Emerald Coast Volleyball Junior’s Open volleyball tournament. 2. (3) We will need to park a 26 U-haul type truck near the beach access during the entire event for our equipment and supplies. 3.
