I can only with the remaining consent items. comments and give advice regarding that item if it is not considered will be My comments regarding the request are that we have notified NWFFA that the License Agreement terminated in December 2006. It is my opinion that amending the License Agreement by permitting new events at the property, in the face of threatened litigation, the lack of an abandonment plan, and the pending termination of the License is not legally advisable. We are incurring liability for those continued operations and, perhaps, an estoppel argument based on a change of position by the Council. I will be available to discuss this issue before the meeting Tuesday. Thank you for your consideration. In a message dated 8n/2006 6: 18: 11 P.M.
