SUBJECT: Rite Way Services Contract Renewal

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed contract renewal, Amendment Number Three, for Rite
Way Service Inc., LLC is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Rite Way Service, Inc., LLC requests to exercise its option to enter into a
contract renewal for a period of two years with mutual agreement. The contract renewal date
will begin June 7, 2013 and expire on June 6, 2015. The contract was in effect for two years and
the contract may be renewed for one additional two year period for a total of four years. The
certificate of insurance as well as the contract and lease internal coordination sheet is attached.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Contract
Renewal as described above.
