STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Assignment of Lease from Dr. Ravi Agarwal, to Mr.
Rodney Greenway for Block 2 Lot 1 at the Bob Sikes Airport is being presented to the Board of
County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Dr. Ravi Agarwal previously entered into a ground lease for Block 2 Lot 1 at
the Bob Sikes Airport and has sold his interest in the hangar to Mr. Rodney Greenway. Mr.
Agarwal now requests to assign his responsibilities regarding the referenced hangar to Mr.
Rodney Greenway. The Assignment of Lease transfer fee has been received. The contract and
lease internal coordination sheet is attached along with Mr. Greenway's certificate of insurance.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject, or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Assignment
of Lease as described above.
