SUBJECT: Renewal of Tommy Mattonies Lease

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board entered into a lease agreement with Mr. Tom Garner
(Tommy Mattonie's Restaurant) on October 31, 2012. The lease has four (4) one (1) year renewals
available. The lease would expire on November 1, 2013 if not renewed.
BACKGROUND: The lease is for use of a County owned lot behind the restaurant and is used for
overflow parking. The lease amount is $1,800.00 annually.
OPTIONS: Approve the renewal or reject.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval to extend the lease through
November 1, 2014.
