Public Content Currently, the District makes two payments for TAPP day care: one payment to Early Learning Coalition (ELC) and one payment to the day care to cover the parent's portion. The ELC-EC desires to adjust the agreed upon daily rates to address parent co-pays. This agreement would allow the District to make one payment for TAPP day care to the ELC. The ELC would then pay the parent's portion to the day care. This would streamline the process and be the same cost for the District. Please contact Rebecca Heald at (850) 833-3108 for additional information.
