Dear Mr. Golematis
We want to Thank Melissa Matern for meeting with us this past week in regards to the 2014 Florida
State HOG Rally.
We request the use of the North Parking Lot of the Boardwald property from Tuesday October 20"
through Saturday evening October 25"" 2014.
The reason for this request is the Florida State HOG Rally having a location for Bike Games,Drill Teams
and Vendors that will keep our rally site in the same area.
This area once secured will be open to the public.
Upon approval the Florida State HOG Rally will provide the proper insurance requirments for Surfside
Ventures/Boardwalk and all other paties that need to be named on the Certificate of Insurance.
