Section 2. 00. 051 states that " the city manager shall cause written notice of intent to dispose of property to be sent to abutting property owners," and, advertised twice." Therefore, the days of time between notices and receipt of proposals are fluid, and at your discretion. The notices must be prepared and submitted to the Daily News this week to meet the 12/ 12 timeframe. Obviously, we would need to discuss now who will make the quorum for 12/ 20 and 12/ 27, and Mayor availability on 12/ 28.
