Greg,
Attached is an Agenda Request for the BCC meeting on September 16th. It requests the BCC
authorization for the Chairman to sign a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Resolution and
Assurances to be submitted with the County’s PFC Application Number 6. The Resolution
authorizes the Airports Director to levy and collect the $4.5@ per enplaned passenger charge
level currently approved for VPS. There has already been coordination with FAA on the
projects requested for approval.
Since this is neither a contract nor a grant, we are requesting your legal review and
coordination by return e-mail in order to submit for the Board’s consideration. Please call
me if you have any questions.
Thanks for your assistance.
