The Okaloosa County Tax Collector, in partnership with the Okaloosa County School District, sponsored
the Kids Tag Art Program, a fundraiser and art contest for fifth graders. Art students design and create
their own specialty plate and in the process raise supplemental monies for classroom art supplies. The
contest garnered $5,536.00 for participating elementary schools. The winning tags are available for
sale to the public at www.OkaloosaTax.com. Proceeds from public sales go the Okaloosa Education
Trust Fund and will be evenly divided among participating schools.
