RE: Ordinances for 2005 Update and Recodification
Enclosed are the ordinances to effectuate the Code update and republication. Ordinance
1676 has been omitted from this stack. Ordinance 1676 will adopt the updated Code and because
there are at least four substantive ordinances in this first set that will change the draft transcript
of the Code, I suggest that we wait until the November 8 meeting to have a first reading on it.
Otherwise, I suggest we simply put the remaining ordinances, 1667 - 1675 and 1677- 1679, in
numerical order on the agenda. Again, the only two ordinances about which I expect some
discussion are the Board vacancy revisions and the Wrecker ordinances. Please contact me if you
have any questions.
