The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss major changes to the City' s Land Development Code. Some of the changes include, but are not limited to: zoning district consolidation, increasing allowable density„streamlining the development review process, expanding allowable uses for certain districts, adding a Downtown Design Overlay District, allowing accessory dwelling units in single family residential zoning dis- criers, modifying signage regulations, and streamlining environmental regulations. The changes come, in part, from the 2011 amendments to the City' s Comprehen- sive Plan. The public is encouraged to attend and provide written or verbal comments.
