SUBJECT: Lease for Barbering/Massage and Nail Tech Concession

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Lease for Barbering, Massage, and Nail Tech
Concession at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport is being presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Proposal was approved and accepted, lease was accomplished for Champion
Contractors and Cuts By Angela to provide Barbering, Massage, and Nail Tech services to
passengers at the Airport. The lease will be for one three year term with an option to renew for
one additional two year term. The contract and lease internal coordination sheet is attached along
with their certificates of insurance.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve this Lease as
described above.
