CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida will hold a Public
Hearing in the Fort Walton Beach Council Chambers, located at 107 Miracle
Strip Parkway, SW, on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 5: 30 p. m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the proposed budget for Fiscal
Year 2009/ 10, establish the proposed millage rate, consideration of a tentative
budget resolution, and any other business to come before the City Council.
Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any
matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and
of the
for such purpose,may need to ensure that a verbatim record
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon
which the appeal is to be based. ( FS 286. 0105).
