STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Impact Life Church is requesting the use of Ross Marler Park for an
Easter Egg Hunt.
BACKGROUND: County Ordinance #13-07 (regulation of county recreational areas, including
parks and beaches) addresses Special Events at county parks, beaches or recreational areas
within Okaloosa County.
A request has been received from Impact Life Church for use of Ross Marler Park for an Easter
Egg Hunt. The event will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 from 11:00 am to 12:15 pm.
OPTIONS: Approve / Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the request for a Special Event Permit as submitted.
