A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE
SCHEDULE FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ENGINEERING
UTILITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FEES; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH:
Section I. Pursuant to the authority of section 4. 01. 01, Authority of Finance Director, of
the City Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended as follows:
