INTRODUCTION
A Special Meeting of the City Council of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was held on Tuesday,
April 13, 2010, at 5: 15 pm in the City Hall onference Room with the following members
present:
Mayor Mike Anderson
Councilmen: Mike Holmes, Dennis Reeves, Bill Garvie, Bobby Nabors, Bill Patterson and Dick
Rynearson
Seat 2 Vacant
Also Present: Robert Mearns, City Manager; Brandy Wunker, Finance Director; Police Chief
Ted Litschauer; Capt. Darrell Bruhn; Fran Diedrich, Administrative Services Director; Toni
Craig, City Attorney
CALL TO ORDER
The Mayor called the meeting to order.
RECESS SPECIAL MEETING
The Special Meeting recessed at 5: 15 pm to convene the Executive Session.
CONVENE EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Executive Session convened at 5: 15 pm for the purpose of discussing the Fraternal Order of
Police Contract.
ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Executive Session adjourned at 5: 37 pm.
RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
The Special Meeting was reconvened at 5: 37 pm.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 5: 37 pm.
