As a result of your diligent systematic approach to care improvement, data collection and ultimately the formal award submission, Okaloosa County EMS has achieved the EMS Recognition – SILVER Although I am not able to provide the certificate or marketing materials at this time, I wanted to provide you with this exceptional news. It seems the energy is contagious in your region and everyone is extremely proud of the opportunity to support the ongoing success. Please refer to the “Special Notes” listed below for the official dates for the above mentioned resources in support of this “National” performance achievement recognition. Once I receive the resources, I will forward them accordingly. In the interim, you can begin strategizing on approaches to “Announce” the EMS Recognition and collaborate with the attributing providers. EMS Recognition Special Notes: 1) Certificates of Achievement will be available by April 21, 2014. 2) Press Kits for recognized agencies will be available online and provided to you by April 21, 2014. This kit will include a press release and social media releases that agencies can use to announce their awards. These press releases and social media blurbs have been approved by both science and the legal department. 3) We will be providing a document entitled: “EMS Recognition Presentation Ideas” for suggestions on how you can recognize your agencies.
