AMENDMENT 1 TO MAINTENANCE OF COUNTY WARNING POINT EQUIPMENT
CONTRACT
This amendment made and entered into this day of 2013,
applies to the “Maintenance of County Waming Point Equipment Contract” dated
October 15, 2009, by and between the County of Okaloosa, Florida, and Bakers
Electronic & Communications, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners agrees
to extend the existing contract for 1 additional year. The contract period is from
10/1/2013 through 9/30/2014.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have set their hands and seals the
