The property is located on Old Ferry Road, Shalimar. The property is zoned Mixed Use (MU) and has a future land use designation of Mixed Use (MU). Property contains 2.55 acres more or less. OPTIONS: Approve or deny the final plat. RECOMMENDATION: Notwithstanding any other facts that may be presented to the contrary, the requested 9-lot single-family subdivision is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. Staff recommends approval. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
