Additional Comments to FHFC: We have not been able to expend all funds for the fiscal year 2009/2010 due to the fact the building, which was funded in part with 183,200,00 in multifamily allocation of this fiscal year funding, has not -been completed yet. I The delays have been caused by a delay of Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta grant -funding to complete the facility. We are in the process of finalizing an extension modification request for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. We are expecting to be able to draw down funds in the next month and thus be able to move forward with the final stages of new construction which is expected to be completed by the 1st of November, 2012.
