All others NOQaShOWN = About Talk Group Dispatch Priority Queuing. The SouthernLINC Wireless system provides multiple levels of dispatch queuing priority. Dispatch queuing priority levels are assigned on a per Talkgroup basis. SouthernLINC Wireless will assign the highest dispatch trunking queuing priority level to Agency users facing life threatening situations. If conditions exist in which all of the voice channels on the initiator’s cell site are in use, the initiating unit will be placed in queue ahead of the currently queued users whose Talkgroups have been assigned a lower priority than that of the initiator. For Talkgroups in queue with the identical priority levels, the queuing is first come first served. With renewal, each account will receive a 10% additional discount off the Current Local Government Rates. This applies to cell/radio plans (see attached rate spreadsheet for breakdown). Also, a one-time customer credit will be added (see one time credit breakdown below). This credit can be used to purchase equipment or as a reduction of annual costs. Early termination fees will not apply to this service renewal; however, in the event that you terminate service for any such subscriber accounts prior to the end of this service renewal term, you will be charged a fee in an amount equal to any service credits, waived fees or discounts issued to you with respect to such subscriber account(s). In the event that you should perform equipment upgrades on any of the subscriber accounts associated with the above-referenced Account Number prior to the end of this service renewal term, a new contract subject to an early termination fee of up to $200 will replace this service renewal (and any corresponding service credit refund) per each account upgraded. You acknowledge and agree that after June 30, 2013, you will no longer be able to roam outside of the SouthernLINC Wireless regional service coverage area, including, but not limited to, 911 service, under the plan you are purchasing today. As June 30, 2013 approaches, you may continue to experience loss of coverage outside of the regional service coverage area. SouthernLINC is working to find a new option to provide you nationwide service. However, any new nationwide option will likely require the purchase of a new handset and a new rate plan.
