TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board
SUBJECT: Gulf Coast Consortium Appointment
STATEMENT OF ISSUE: At the conclusion of his term, Commissioner Parisot’s seat on the
Gulf Consortium will become vacant. In order to ensure continuity and continued presence by
Okaloosa County on this consortium, staff requests consideration and appointment of at least one
Commissioner to the vacant seat.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Board appoint one primary and one alternate
Commissioner to serve on the Gulf Consortium.
