General Architectural Features
The Architectural style of the Sound Side development is influenced by the " Coastal

Architecture of early Florida development.
The roof lines, gables, lap siding, stonework, and

standing seam metal roof all come together to form a pleasing Architectural Style that
looks like it belongs on the Florida Coast. Since the style is patterned after the
traditional past, the style will remain timeless and not become dated.
