COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Don R. Amunds, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners,
Okaloosa County, Florida be authorized to execute the following LAP SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT on behalf of Okaloosa County to provide for the following project:
Additional Funds for the Construction of the 12th Avenue Sidewalks LAP Project
