BY AND BETWEEN SWEDISH AMERICAN CONNECTION. INe. AND THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH The State of Florida County ofOkaloosa 1. Parties _ This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation, with its principal place of business at 105 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548, and its mailing address of Post Office Box 4009, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32549- 4009, as City, and Swedish American Connection, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Mr. Erik Stenberg, President, with its principal place of business at 808 Dawn Lane, Destin, Florida 32541, as Contractor. 2. Sections Amended This Amendment alters only those sections specifically stated herein. All other sections of the Tennis Center Contractor Agreement of September 26, 2001, are reaffirmed and continue in full force and effect. 3. Term and Commencement Date Section 2: A.Term is hereby extended, pursuant to the terms of Section B.,for a period of three ( 3) years, commencing on the first ( 1st) day of October 2004 and ending at midnight on the thirtieth (30th) day of September 2007. Section 2:B. is hereby deleted as to the exercise of any future option to renew. If the City and Contractor wish to extend the tenn of this Agreement beyond September 2007, the parties shall negotiate a new lease.
