Establishment of Fees In accordance with the Code Of Ordinances of The City Of Fort Walton Beach, fees will be adopted by resolution of the City Council. Although fees may be approved with the desire to " round off to the nearest nickel" any sales will not be absorbed by the City Of Fort subsequent change in the tax Walton Beach. In any future increase or decrease in sales tax the fees will automatically round up to the nearest nickel. SECTION III. Resolution 95- 25 and 96- 1, copies of which are attached hereto hereof reference, and all other Resolutions or parts of and made a part by Resolutions in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. This Resolution shall take effect inunediately upon approval by council and signature by the Mayor.
