BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: July 7, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Rick Owen SUBJECT: Visitor - Mike Kent, Progressive Management DEPARTMENT: County Administrator BCC DISTRICT: 2 Mr. Mike Kent wishes to address the Board with a request to amend an interlocal agreement between the Town of Shalimar and the Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners to permit refinancing of the Captain's Quarters project. To complete the refinancing, the Board must approve the refunding bonds with a resolution reciting the approval of the new proposed bond issue and approving the supplement to the interlocal agreement. The bonds will not be issued by Okaloosa County and will impose no obligations on the County. The attached document has been reviewed by our County Attorney with no objections for the Board agenda. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
