Bid number is WS 02-13. We recommend award of this bid to Thompson Pump in the amount of $97,750.00, they being the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications for this item. We do not recommend selection of the Deductive Alternate Item 2, as submitted. Attached is the letter of recommendation from Constantine Engineering, as well as a spreadsheet of the equipment criteria specified and what was provided by each bidder.
