TOURIST DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM DATE: June 23, 2016 TO: Tourist Development Council FROM: Ed Schroeder, Tourist Development Department Director SUBJECT: Peter Mayer Contract Amendment #4 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request a one-month contract extension for the provision of website maintenance to Peter A. Mayer Advertising contract C12-2007-TDC. BACKGROUND: The website maintenance portion of “base services” under the Peter Mayer contract is set to terminate on June 30. Due to unforeseen delays with completing the procurement process for a new vendor, the Peter Mayer contract provision will expire before a new contract is in place. A one-month extension of website maintenance services is requested until a contract with the new vendor is in place. The TDD attorney has reviewed the draft contract; however, the County contract coordination process has not yet been completed. Pursuant to section E.200 of the TDD Manual, the Council shall review and provide a recommendation for all proposed contracts requiring Board approval. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny RECOMMENDATION TO BCC: Approve a one-month contract extension through July 31, 2016 for the provision of website maintenance to Peter A. Mayer Advertising contract C12-2007-TDC.
