Existing Topographical Contours
The existing site is relatively flat with little topographic relief. The contours range from

General Architectural Features
The Architectural style of the Sound Side development is influenced by the " Coastal
Vernacular" style evident in the early development of the Florida Coast. The lapped
siding, column detailing, and standing seam roof are all elements of the Coastal
Architecture of early Florida development.
The roof lines, gables, column details, window details, lap siding, stonework, and
standing seam metal roof all come together to form a pleasing Architectural Style that
looks like it belongs on the Florida Coast. Since the style is patterned after the
traditional past, the style will remain timeless and not become dated.
Provided in the Appendix G are side elevations for each building within the Sound Side
development.
