Dear Mr. Chairman:
The Lutheran churches of the Emerald Coast area would again like to use the John C.
Beasley Park on Okaloosa Island for our annual Easter Sunrise Service on Sunday,
March 31, 2013, at 6:00 AM. This will be our 39"" annual Easter Sunrise Service on the
beach.
We will need access to the electrical power for the sound system. The worshipers
should be clear of the area by 7:00 AM, and all workers should be clear by 7:30 AM.
We will, of course, remove all of our litter.
We are very grateful for the use of the park in past years. It provides a beautiful setting
for our Easter Sunrise Service. As always, we request a waiver of fees for this event.
