BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: April 21, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Ed Schroeder SUBJECT: TO 150 Revision #2 DEPARTMENT: Tourist Development Department BCC DISTRICT: ALL STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval for Chairman to sign revised Task Order 150 titled FY15 SMP Co-op Packages Pass Through Costs, contract C12-2007-TDC Peter A Mayer Advertising. BACKGROUND: The FY 2014-2015 Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP) leisure budget includes $2,725 for radio promotional costs. Since the specific use of the funds is not identified, the funds were assigned to general leisure broadcast task order 148. It has now been determined that these funds will be used to fund production crew travel expenses related to the Atlanta Eats tv/radio co-op, so the funds need to be transferred from general leisure broadcast task order 148 to co-op task order 150. This task order is being updated to add $2,725 for Atlanta Eats production crew travel to the Emerald Coast. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve revised Peter Mayer task order 150 titled FY15 SMP Co-op Packages Pass Through Costs in the amount of $195,943, and authorize the Chairman to sign.
