SUBJECT: Crowne Aviation Services Amendment One

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Proposed Amendment Number One to Crowne Aviation Services,
LLC at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport is being presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: The Board approved Crowne Aviation Services, LLC to provide skycap and
wheelchair assistance to the traveling public at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport on
September 17, 2013. Crowne Aviation requests to lease space for storage. Amendment one will
add the square footage to their contract. Their certificate of insurance and the contract and lease
internal coordination sheet is attached.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the contract
amendment as described above.
