A meeting of the Community Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Committee was held on
Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 12: 00 noon in the Conference Room of the City Hall Annex located at 105
Miracle Strip Parkway SW with the following members present:
Lewis Jennings, Chairman; Barry Gray ( arrived at 12: 10 pm); Paula Childers; Mary Copeland; Joyce
Ponder, Vice -Chairman
Also present: Cathy Ducharme, Permit Specialist
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 12: 02 pm.
PURPOSE OF MEETING
Cathy Ducharme, Permit Specialist, advised that Tim Bolduc, Chief Building Official, had a conflict and
could not attend today's meeting and that she was available to answer questions from the Committee.
