amending the Official Zoning Map of the City requires the adoption
must be
ordinance after two (2) readings before the City Council. An advertised public hearing
held 10 days prior to adoption.
As explained in the Staff Report, the applicant is seeking to enlarge the church. The
for consistency to CF,
Comprehensive Plan requires that aHlands designated PL be rezoned

zoning for the Medium Density Residential land use designation.
The Municipal Planning' Board ( MPB) considered the application at public hearing held
on May
6, 2004. There was no public comment. The MPB considered the Staff Report that the request
was considered consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and recommended
that City Council
approve the request by a vote of 6- 0 ( Lambert absent)~
There are no requirements for posting with notices, legal advertisements or public notices prior
