Subject: FW: Amended Traffic Agreement - Synovus Bank/Okaloosa County
All,
Attached is a proposed amendment to the infrastructure agreement for turn lanes related to
the undeveloped outparcels at Kelly Plantation (in front of Home Depot and Fresh Market). We
have talked about this in the past with Matt Parker and Will Dunaway and this is the
direction we all agreed upon.
In order to have this become effective, it will need to be adopted by the BCC, however I
would like to include some acknowledgement from the City (Ashley and Ken) that the proposed
amendment is acceptable. I will also need verification that it has been reviewed by legal
counsel (Greg).
It’s pretty simple; they removed the one access drive that FDOT would not allow because of
stormwater issues and updated the costs based on requirements from FDOT. In ali we lost the
one connection that was a right in only (not a big deal in my opinion) and the cost is
largely estimated to be the same. My plan is to recommend approval of the amendment, but I
will not do so until I gain concurrence from you all.
Thanks for looking this over and providing me with a response,
Jason
