Supply Alternative Evaluation TM will be prepared upon the completion of Tasks 2,3 and 4 to summarize the evaluation framework, the process, and the results of the alternative evaluations and identify the next steps. The TM will provide OCWS with an analysis of reasonable alternatives to carry the preferred alternative forward, if warranted to implementation, which is solely the responsibility of OCWS, the non-Federal 2 sponsor. (Task cost shared $20 000 (OCWS) and $10,000 (USACE) for a total of $30,000).. ~ Task 6 — USACE Project Management Administer the study through appropriate disciplines and providing project management, project oversight, ensuring quality control, timely reporting-and coordination, and project delivery to the sponsor. (Task is estlmated at $19,000 USACE). Table 1 summarizes the total ROM estimate for budgetary purposes only.
