Subject: Conditional use for Fort Walton Motorsports
Hello Samantha Abell,
I just wanted to touch base with you to reiterate my excitement on the potential move of my business Ft. Walton
Motorsports to downtown Ft. Walton Beach. I am very hopeful that we can approve the conditional use of the
property to include my products. I think it would be a great fit. I know that my customers would appreciate the new
parking and boat launch under the Brook's Bridge as well as the dining that is available. You need to took no
further than Juanna's and Sailor's Grill in Navarre to see that. My customers love the outdoors and 1 am sure they
would frequent the parks and shopping provided in the downtown area. I know that the location would enhance
the sales and leasing of my products and also make it easier for people to explore all of the great things the
downtown area has to offer. My products are also a great tourist draw which would also be a positive for
downtown Ft. Walton Beach. We will certainly enhance the property with a facelift as well as our beautiful
products. Please keep me posted on the progress.
