Walton Beach, FL 32548. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the said Chance Kimbell died in Okaloosa County, Florida on March 6, 2008, leaving a Last Will and Testament wherein the party of the first part was named Personal Representative therein; and WHEREAS, said Last Will and Testament has been fully admitted to Probate and Letters Testamentary were duly issued on May 19, 2008 by the Circuit Judge of OKALOOSA County, Florida; and WHEREAS, the said Michael Wyatt is the duly qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of Chance Kimbell, deceased and under the teens and provisions of said Last Will and Testament the said Michael Wyatt is duly empowered to sell and dispose of (he real estate belonging to the deceased at the time of his death. NOW THEREFORE, the said party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by the lerms and provisions of the said Last Will and Testament of Chance Kimbell and in consideration of the sum ol' Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part and their assigns and heirs forever all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of OKALOOSA and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows: Lot 16, Block 1, Central Addition, Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida according to plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 36, of the Public Records of said County and State. SUBJECT TO: Conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations, easements and dedications and taxes for this tax year and subsequent years.
