Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2011 Budget, Fine & Forfeiture Fund, to reflect appropriations from Florida Department of Revenue for reimbursement of successful judicial and administrative summons and/or writs of bodily attachment grant in the amount of $27,600. 2. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2011 Budget, Fine & Forfeiture Fund, to reflect appropriations from Florida Department of Revenue for amendment #2 for reimbursement of successful judicial and administrative summons and/or writs of bodily attachment grant in the amount of $7,000. 3. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2011 Budget, Supervisor of Elections General Fund, to reflect appropriations from Florida Department of State for voting accessibility for individuals with disabilities grant in the amount of $5,542. 4. District: All. 3. Request the appointment of two commissioners and one citizen who owns homestead in Okaloosa County to the Value Adjustment Board. District: All.
