RESOLUTION NO. 2009- 35 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE FOR CITY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY ELIMINATING THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE FEE; FOR THE RECREATION & CULTURAL SERVICES AND UTILITIES SERVICES DEPARTMENTS BY ADJUSTING CERTAIN FEES; FOR THE CITY CLERK' S OFFICE BY ADDING A FEE FOR CIVIC ORGANIZATION SIGNS; FOR THE UTILITIES SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY ADDING FEES FOR HYDRANT METER INSTALLATION AND CLEANING WATER TURN ON/ OFF; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH: Section I. Pursuant to the authority of section 13. 205, Fees and Charges, of the City Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended by eliminating certain fees as follows: Foo!
