I have worked up cost estimates for two options to alleviate the issue with the location of the existing 6' sewer main behind the
properties along Alabama Avenue NW. The first option includes relocating the entire segment behind the single family residences
on Alabama Avenue NW to the common property line between the homes and the co id complex on Beal Parkway NW.
The second option includes relocating the serer main to the northem property line of 103 Ahdama Avenue NW as requested by
the property owner.
The following is a list of estimated costs that include materials, labor, incidentals, and contingencies for both options:
Option 1, Relocation of the Entire Sewer Main (Total Costs = -$ 23JM10)
Sewer Main Materials ( Total Cost = $4,998.00)
1. 400 LF of 6' PVC Sewer Main @ $ 2.00/1- F = $ 800.00
2. 80 LF of 4'
