Beginning November 1, 2025, the monthly cost will increase from $23,945.25 to $42,417.45, an increase of $18,472.20 times 8 months
for an annual increase of $147,777.60. The new monthly extended cost reflects 1) a decrease in the annual MS O365 A3, MS Server
Data Center licenses, MS Windows Azure, and Skype Audio Conferencing licenses, 2) removal of FortiAnalyzer and FortiAuthenticator
services, and 3) the addition of ExtremeWorks NAC/SaaS Support annual subscription. All other costs remain the same. The increase
in cost will be funded through the General Fund.
2) Extreme Networks Annual Support Licensing

and will be funded through the General Fund.
3) New Optional Seat
A new Apple Mac Mini Desktop Seat Managed seat has been added as an option at the cost of $41.39 per month. The cost is $0.00 at
this time. If added by a school or department, funding will be allocated.
4) Firewall Seat
A new upgraded Firewall seat will allow the district to grow without an increase in network use while at the same time protecting all our
systems, students, and employees. Information to the public on the capabilities of the new firewall is limited by public records rules on
security FS 119.071. The cost will be $8,125.45 per month times 8 months for an annual increase of $65,003.60. This will be funded by
General Fund and Capital 1.50 Mill.
