We are recommending this bid award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting specs - American Suncraft,
with a bid of $543,475.00. They were the lowest bidder by far; they are definitely a qualified company to perform this
work, as evidenced by all the tanks they've painted for us in the past. If it all possible, please aim to get this on the Feb
18 BCC agenda.
