The purpose of this modification is to affect NO-COST delivery date extensions for contractor work on CLINs 0005 and 0006 due to Government-caused delays. Delays within Phase IB and Phase II have affected the delivery date of Phase III – Camp Rudder Connection. Delays include issues with UXO clearance along a portion of the Duke Field line; resolution of technical questions; issues with housing privatization developer with location of the original pipe run from the Plew plant location to the main base lift station and development of a new run. B. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT: The parties agree that this supplemental agreement establishes the consideration for modifications effected herein. The parties specifically acknowledge and agree that this supplemental agreement constitutes full satifaction of the parties’ rights to equitable adjustment, under any clause of this contract, relating to the modifications effected herein. C. CLIN 0005 / Phase III Work – Camp Rudder Conncetion is hereby extended FROM: 30 MAY 2015 TO: 30 NOV 2015. D. CLIN 0006, Capacity Expansion Charges (Camp Rudder) is tied to the completion of CLIN 0005, and must, therefore, be similarly extended to match CLIN 0005 delivery date of 30 NOV 2015 via this modification.
