BACKGROUND: The Property Appraiser’s office is updating its agreement for services with each Non Ad Valorem district and has requested the County execute the attached agreement for processing the tax roll for the Western Destin Beach Restoration MSBU. The Western Destin Beach Restoration assessment period is eight years, beginning in Fiscal Year 2008. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Agreement for Property Appraiser Services and authorize the Chairman to sign. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
