I have reviewed the above-referenced Contract and find it to be in compliance with
the Tourist Development Department Operations & Procedures Manual, the
Okaloosa County Purchasing Manual and applicable local, state and federal laws,
rules and regulations.

Okaloosa County Purchasing Manual.

AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO
CONTRACT # C08-1592-TDC
This AMENDMENT NO. 3 to Contract # CO8-1592-TDC by and between the Okaloosa County
Board of County Commissioners through its Tourist Development Department (“County”) and Horizons
of Okaloosa County (“Contractor”) is effective October 1, 2014.
County and Contractor desire and agree to amend Contract # CO8-1592-TDC. In consideration of
the mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable consideration, County and Contractor hereby
agree as follows:
Annual contract amount will be increased from $88,924.00 to $138,549.00.
All other provisions of contract # CO8-1592-TDC shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents to become effective on
the day and year first hereinabove written.
