This determination is based upon on-site inspections during construction, and review of required testing results. Variations from Design: Two telephone utility manholes were discovered in the FDOT right-of-way that we not previously located. The manhole rims were brought to grade. Exception Items: - The permanent erosion control is not complete. Hydro-Seed was used that has not yet established. - Final Cleanup. Attachments: - Warranty Deed Package for Right-Hand Turn Lane Property on Commons Drive - Developer’s Request Letter for County R/W Maintenance Program
